Huawei phones updated to Harmony OS are not detected by Device Manager as "Huawei USB COM 1.0 serial port" after test pointing.
In such cases, Harmony TP cable will help you. If you connect the phone to the PC using this cable, it will be detected as "Huawei USB COM 1.0 serial port".
